Community Hall

Our community hall is available to rent for wedding receptions, funeral dinners, family reunions, or any other special event.  It has a spacious, well-organized kitchen, and you may use the tables and chairs in the facility.  To reserve the hall, please call 402-589-1038.  

Effective January 1, 2023,

The rental fee for wedding receptions/dance is $400, plus a $500 deposit.  Renter is also responsible for metered air-conditioning or propane used.  This agreement rquires a completion of rental contract, rental fee, and deposit.  The deposit is NON-refundable if event is canceled on short notice, renter does not complete required clean-up and/or removal of items, or renter causes damages.  

The rental fee for social functions/banquets/auctions, etc. is $150 per day, plus a $100 deposit.  Renter is also responsible for metered air-conditioning or propane used.  This agreement rquires a completion of rental contract, rental fee, and deposit. The deposit is NON-refundable if event is canceled on short notice, renter does not complete required clean-up and/or removal of items, or renter causes damages.  

For funerals, a $50 donation is suggested and appreciated.  There are no rental fees or air-conditioning or propane fees for funerals.
